Misfit

Misfit is an app for tracking your physical fitness, sleeping habits, and how many calories you burn in a day. You can track all this information on your Android alone, although you'll get better results if you pair this app with one of the many devices made by Misfit.

When you start using Misfit, you enter your age, gender, job, height, and weight. With this information, the app can estimate how many calories you burn a day. You can also enter information on your sleeping habits. If you don't have a Misfit device, the app will pull information from Google Fit.

Misfit is an excellent app for anyone with a Misfit watch or bracelet. If you don't have either of these devices, however, you can still take advantage of some of its features, like calculating how many calories you burn each day and how well you sleep.
